THE WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase.

If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, Productech will replace the product or its defective parts (with a new or refurbished product) or refund your purchase. We are able to provide you with a one-time replacement only within the product warranty period.

Productech Corporation undertakes the product replacement if:

• the product doesn’t work or is defective due to improper materials or workmanship;
• the product doesn’t match the description of the photos;
• the product arrived with missing parts or accessories;
• the product arrived damaged;
• you received a wrong item. 

The following cases are not covered by the Productech warranty:

• expired warranty period;
• product loss;
• any modification of Productech products made by you or a third party;
• faults resulting from accidental or intended damage;
• damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear (scratches, attritions, abrasions etc.), extreme temperature or humidity;
• faults resulting from improper use (e.g. mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, improper use); the proper use conditions are stated in the user’s manual;
• sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted);
• minor faults in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or technical condition;
• the purchase of the product from unauthorized persons or shopping channels.

GENERAL STATEMENTS

If any item received from Productech does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 daysafter you receive it.

Productech Corporation only accepts returns of products purchased directly from our official eBay store. We do not accept a return if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.

For U.S. based customers return shipping is prepaid and free (i.e. you will pay no postage upfront).

We DO NOT make upgrades or downgrades of the products. 
Do not use the box/package that weighs more than it’s mentioned on the shipping label. If for some reason the parcel can’t be sent with pre-paid weight, be ready to pay additional postage due at a post office when sending the parcel back. Otherwise, it will be refused by the receiving post office and returned back to the sender automatically.

Since January 1, 2019 carriers have changed their “Dangerous Goods” labeling requirements. All parcels with products that contain batteries must have “Dangerous Goods” label. To fully maintain compliance with revised carrier requirements, all customer returns must be labeled with such a label as well. Hence, “Dangerous Goods” label will be provided along with return shipping label. It should be applied to the address side of the return package.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

In order to return the item, please Contact Us specifying the reason for the return.

You may be required to destroy or return the product depending on the reason of for your request.
a) If you are asked to destroy the item:
We accept the proof of destruction via email (a picture or a short video). As soon as we receive the confirmation, we will proceed either with the item replacement or with the money refund. In case of a refund, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days. Depending on the payment method, it will appear at your account within 1 to 10 business days.
b) If you are asked to return the item:
Our Customer Care will provide you with the prepaid shipping label along with the instructions of how to use it. As soon as the item is delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected within 7 business days. After the full inspection, we will proceed either with the item replacement or with the money refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment only. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).

In the case of a non-defective item return, final refund amount may be reduced by up to 20% depending on the condition of the returned item.

Original shipping fee is not refundable if the return isn’t covered by the Productech Warranty statements. 

Expedited shipping fee is not refundable.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

For international returns, the buyer has to pay the shipping cost to return the item within 30 days. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. 

Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the product was initially purchased for another country, we don’t ask to pay for the international shipping of the replacement.

In case the product was purchased for US location and needs to be replaced by warranty outside the US, we will send the unit by international shipping. However, it will be necessary to pay the shipping cost.

 STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN US

Free Standard Shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only within Continental US. Free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico – there will be an additional shipping charge on an order shipped to these states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs depend on the order weight. Final order weight and shipping cost are available at Shipping Method page during checkout proceeding.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are at the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

DELIVERY TIME

Most standard shipments are delivered to the US within 3-8 days and in 10-15 days for international orders. Transit time depends on destination state/country and is counted from the shipping date (subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping offer is available either for the US or international orders. Expedited shipping option can be chosen at check-out.

LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

Productech is not responsible for any shipping delays and/or mistakes caused by providing wrong and/or insufficient shipping information (i.e. address or name).

If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, please save all packing materials, make a picture of the damage and contact us.

WHAT IS THE ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION TECHNOLOGY?
TREBLAB Z2 headphones are equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology. The headphones cancel background noise in your environment for an optimal acoustic experience. To turn the ANC function ON, move the ANC switch on the left earphone to the ON position. The LED indicator located next to the switch will turn RED. You can also use TREBLAB Z2 for noise-isolation without music playback by having ANC on.

WHAT TYPE OF ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION IS USED IN Z2 HEADPHONES?
Z2 is enabled with ANC function, of the “hybrid” type. That means the headphones are combining feedforward and feedback ANC by placing a microphone on the inside and outside of the ear cup. This type of ANC can suppress noise at a broader range of frequencies, adapt to and correct errors, and is not as sensitive to how the person wears the headset. ANC function is quite energy consuming, and using this can increase the battery discharge. You can use the ANC function in both modes (BT and Line-in), for listening to music, or independently – as a noise-isolating function.

CAN I PAIR TREBLAB Z2 WITH MY TV, IPHONE OR ANDROID DEVICE?
Yes, your TREBLAB Z2 can be paired with any TV, iOS or Android devices via improved Bluetooth 4.1 technology. TREBLAB Z2 supports multi-device connection and can be paired with any Bluetooth-enabled devices.

WHAT IS THE BLUETOOTH SIGNAL RANGE FOR TREBLAB Z2?

It is 33 feet or 10 meters if there are no distractions on its way to the source device.

CAN I ACCEPT PHONE CALLS WITH THESE EARBUDS?
Yes, you can answer the calls and talk on the phone with TREBLAB Z2. Just touch the *HOME* button when someone’s calling and touch again to hang up.

IS THIS WATERPROOF, CAN I SWIM IN THE POOL WITH THEM?
TREBLAB Z2 are water resistant, meaning they will not be damaged by rain or even in the shower – but we strongly do not recommend using them in a pool.

WHAT IS THE BATTERY LIFE OF TREBLAB J1 WIRELESS HEADPHONES?
TREBLAB J1 wireless headphones have up to 35 hours of battery life at 50% volume.

DOES THE BATTERY LIFE ON THE HEADPHONES SHOW ON ANDROID PHONES?
Depending on the model of your phone, it may show the battery drainage level. But even if it wasn’t shown automatically, there are some apps on the Play Market, which may help for this purpose.
