We offer Freight Shipping which includes residential/commercial curbside liftgate delivery. Please note that this service is limited to curbside delivery only; the item will be placed at the end of your driveway. The delivery team will not move the item into your garage, home, or any other indoor or personal space. It is essential that you have the necessary manpower and equipment to handle heavier items once delivered. Prior to shipping, your item will be securely crated at no additional charge to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Please be aware that the carrier does not take responsibility for the removal or disposal of packing materials or old appliances. It is crucial to provide a valid and accessible phone number as the freight company will use this to schedule your delivery appointment. They typically arrange a 2–4 hour window for delivery and will contact you in advance to confirm. Please ensure your account information is up-to-date to avoid any delays in the scheduling and delivery process. If your property features a solid surface driveway, upon request to/and at the driver’s discretion, the item may be placed in your garage or driveway.

Warranty

The Sub-Zero product warranty guarantees coverage for all parts and labor required to repair or replace any component found defective in materials or workmanship under normal residential usage. It’s important to note that all repairs under this warranty must be conducted by a Sub-Zero factory-certified service technician, except in cases explicitly directed by Sub-Zero, Inc. Services are available during standard business hours. Please be aware that this warranty does not extend to cosmetic damages.
