The product comes with 2 year warranty.  If it’s factory fault – We will send a part to change it yourself. Or you may want to post to US based aftersales point if the repair is too dificult. If you damage caused by yourself (not manufacturers fault) – you can still purchase the parts from AOVO PRO to repair your scooter.

30-day “change of mind” return policy from the day you receive the goods. If for any reason no longer want the item – you can send the item back at your own expence for a refund. Requirement for returning the item: the good must be unused, unopened, undamaged.
