for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please
return it to us in original condition and we will refund your purchase price
using the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, underwear and swimwear.

All refunds for Change of mind exclude delivery charges. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.

Simply request a return via eBay and send it back to our returns address in the United States
along with the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of invoice date.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s
address and the Mosaic Brands online return addresses are clearly displayed
on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage
sending your return back by registered post.

Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our
distribution centre for your return to be processed and your account to be
