If your package is held in your local customs, you have to contact your local customs and Fedex/Post Office.
If you need the document to clear the customs, please contact us via eBay message and we will provide any documents after checking with our courier.
If the package returned due to refusal of pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc) ,we can refund you the rest of the amount except for the round-trip shipping fee.
