If an item has an expiration date I

If for some reason the product is 
expired or gone bad, just let me 
know and I’ll refund you. I never

are 100% NEW and UNUSED.

Other than unusually large items which 
might go out in a box, I ship everything 
in bubble wrap envelopes and never
include packing lists, invoices or 
receipts. I always strive to sell
products that are FRESH. In the
unlikely event they should go bad
just let me know and I will either
replace it or refund you.

WITHIN THE U.S.: I offer FREE 
SHIPPING which I send via USPS
Ground Advantage, and FEDEX
Ground, for large items. Packages
usually take 3-7 days to arrive.
Delivery dates given by USPS
are only estimates and once I ship
something there is no way to hasten
the delivery time, nor is there any
way to check where the package is
other than the tracking which you
and I can both see. Sellers DO NOT
have some sort of secret access to
a package location. Everything appears
on the tracking visible to both me
and the buyer.

LOST PACKAGES
Per eBay rules, If tracking shows an
item as RECEIVED at the address
you provided, it is no longer the
Seller’s responsibility. You would
have to check with your neighbors,
your Postal Carrier or local Post Office.
