Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 24 business hours of order receipt. Please note that this does not include weekends and major holidays.

ARMORAY Basics offers several flat rate shipping options for your shopping convenience. Free shipping is available Flat rate shipping applies to shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping charges will vary outside this area. The shipping rates listed in your checkout page are the rates that will apply to your order.

ARMORAY Basics currently utilizes both UPS and USPS to deliver our orders. Please note that for security purposes, we cannot change any shipping address information once an order has been placed. These orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Orders over $300 in value will require a signature for receipt of the product. The carrier is required to attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times before returning the item to our warehouse. In some cases, the carrier may leave instructions for your package to be picked up from a UPS Access Point location or from your local USPS branch. A valid photo ID will be required for pick up of such packages.

Returns Policy

At ARMORAY Basics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right. Please see below for our full return/replacement policy:

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. There will be no restocking fee charged if the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sold. Any item that shows signs of misuse/damage by the buyer voids the return/replacement policy.

To initiate a return, please use the Ebay “Contact seller” option to request a return authorization from our customer service team. Please do not send back any item without requesting a return authorization via eBay first. We cannot guarantee a refund for any item improperly returned to our warehouse. All return packages must be shipped using a service that offers a tracking number and proof of delivery. Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with us. Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

Once the return is received and verified, we will send a confirmation message and credit your Paypal account. PLEASE NOTE: all returns take 48-72 business hours to process once they are received at our facility.

Payment Policy
