They typically arrange a 2–4 hour window for delivery and will contact you in advance to confirm. If your property features a solid surface driveway, upon request to/and at the driver’s discretion, the item may be placed in your garage or driveway.

Important Note: You have 48 hours to report any damage to us. If you choose to authorize delivery without a signature, VIPOUTLET is not responsible for any damage or missing pieces. Requesting delivery without a signature is considered the same as accepting the shipment without any exceptions.
Steps for Inspecting Shipments:
Step 1: Examine all packages for external damage.
If you notice any external damage, make a note of it upon delivery and inspect the contents immediately. If the driver does not allow you to do this, contact us right away. If you cannot reach our office, refuse the package and instruct the shipper to hold the freight at the delivery terminal until they contact us. In any case, please contact our office as soon as possible.
Step 2: If there is no visible external damage, sign for the delivery and accept it. You may also note on the delivery paperwork that the package has “Not yet been inspected for concealed damage.” However, you must still open and inspect all products within 48 hours and notify us if there are any issues.
Important Reminder: Signing for your delivery without noting damages legally indicates that you have received your freight in good condition.
Step 3: After the delivery service has left, please inspect your items for any concealed damage. If you find any damage, notify us within 48 hours so that we can file a claim.

The Sub-Zero product warranty guarantees coverage for all parts and labor required to repair or replace any component found defective in materials or workmanship under normal residential usage. It’s important to note that all repairs under this warranty must be conducted by a Sub-Zero factory-certified service technician, except in cases explicitly directed by Sub-Zero, Inc. Services are available during standard business hours. Please be aware that this warranty does not extend to cosmetic damages.
