Open Box: The device is in flawless cosmetic condition with no visible sign of use.
Excellent: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case.
Good: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches.
Excellent w/ Burn-in: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case. However, the LCD will have visible Shadow Burn-in.
Good w/ Burn-in: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches. However, the LCD will have visible Shadow Burn-in. Excellent w/ Heavy Burn-in: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case. However, the LCD will have visible Heavy Shadow Burn-in.
Good w/ Heavy Burn-in: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches. However, the LCD will have visible HEAVY Shadow Burn-in.
*Burn-in is when an image or a background gets burned-in to the screen because the screen was on for a long period of time on the highest brightness. This is a common issue with OLED screens and is mostly visible on white backgrounds. Burn-in does not affect the functionality of the device or the screen.
