Warranty

We offer a two-year limited warranty on all of our watches unless stated otherwise. 

Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects such as movement, battery, material etc. 
Watches with defects disclosed (New with Defects) may not be eligible for coverage.

The warranty does not cover any damage incurred by the user through water damage, shock, impact or magnetic influence. Physical or visual damage like scratches and dents are not covered.

When processing your repair, we will provide you with a complimentary battery replacement and reseal service. 

Any service, alteration, opening or attempted opening of the time piece not completed by Multi Watch Brand will immediately void any warranty coverage.
All repair services must be completed by Multi Watch Brand.

The watch must be submitted to us prior to the warranty expiration date regardless of when the defect occurred. If nearing expiration date, you may be offered a warranty extension at a discounted rate. 

When approved for a return, we will provide you with a shipping label through a trackable and insured courier. Any packages received not using our label may be refused for processing.

Any watch that has been in our possession for over a year unclaimed will be considered abandoned and become property of Multi Watch Brand. 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the ship date.

A full refund will only be issued if:
– The item is never worn.
– The item’s plastic protectors and stickers are all intact and have not been removed.
– There have been no sizing changes.

Items that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

All returns must be reviewed by Multi Watch Brand before the refund or exchange is approved. At the time of approval, Multi Watch Brand will provide you with a Return Authorization number and a confirmation of the refund method.

When shipping your item back to Multi Watch Brand, make sure you:
– Label the outside of the package with the Return Authorization number provided. 
– Include a copy of the receipt from purchase. 
– Include the reason(s) for your return.

Your item must be return shipped through a trackable courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS with insurance and delivery prepaid. The customer is fully responsible and liable for any damages or packages lost during transit to Multi Watch Brand. Items with signs of wear, opened packaging or other forms of manipulation may be refused at the company’s discretion. 

We do not refund the cost of shipping. All fees incurred on our end for shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you want us to provide a return shipping label for you this will also be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

Special order items will be accepted for returns at the discretion of Multi Watch Brand. These can be items that are not stocked in our warehouse, items ordered directly from our suppliers for you, items with a price over $2,500, etc. Special order items may also be subject to a higher restocking fee. 

In any case, we want the best for our customers so don’t be afraid to reach out regarding any concerns. We highly recommend consulting with one of our representatives on eBay to review your best options before beginning the official refund process.

We offer free standard shipping for all of our orders (excluding suitcases and bulky items). 

USPS Priority Mail – 1 to 5 business days
UPS Ground – 1 to 5 business days

Expedited shipping options are calculated based on your location.

USPS Priority Mail Express – 1 to 2 business days
UPS 2nd Day – 1 to 2 business days
UPS Next Day – Overnight

International orders are fulfilled through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Please refer to the Shipping & Payments tab on eBay to calculate your shipping costs. Import charges may be applicable if ordering outside CONUS.

Every item we ship is fully trackable and insured. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when your item leaves our facility. We offer same day shipment for orders submitted before 2 pm EST.

Should an item arrive with damaged packaging, or if the item was damaged during shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item through eBay. In the case of a manufacturer defect, the cost of return shipping will be free. All items must be returned within 30 days of initial shipment date.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges. If you received free shipping, the cost that we paid to ship the item to you will not be refunded.
