What is Lift Gate? :
Liftgates are used to lower the contents of the delivery truck to ground-level. If your order contains heavy items and you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or other methods to unload the delivery, then a liftgate is recommended. Non Business Delivery Charge $100
Shipping carriers offer non business address drop-off service for an additional fee. Schools, military bases, home businesses and churches are considered non business addresses. Non Business Delivery fee is $100 which includes lift gate drop off.
Customer pick up is possible from our warehouse.

Receiving the shipment:

Inspect your items upon receiving. The buyer is responsible for inspection of all items at the time of delivery to verify items are free from damage, both concealed and visible damages.
Look for any indication of damage or tampering to the packaging of your shipment and make note of it when signing for your delivery. If the packaging shows any evidence of a
problem, truck drivers can wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage.

Items cannot be returned without prior authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise.
Return eligible merchandise must be returned complete in unused, uninstalled condition with original packaging.

– Any accumulated storage fees from the carrier
