Shipping

Most items ship within 3 business days and all items are shipped in 1-5 business days from either our house or direct from one of our many distributors. Business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include holidays or weekends. All items are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx economy shipping and delivery time depends on carrier.  If you have concerns about this contact us before purchasing.
Some items may require assembly upon delivery.
At this time orders can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states.

We do not accept returns on personalized items unless item is defective.
If the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item you may choose to return for a full refund and we will send a return shipping label, or send you a replacement if available your choice.
