• THIS ITEM IS CONSIDERED DISTRESSED INVENTORY. Sometimes we overstock an item and end up with excess inventory. When this inventory sits in our warehouse for too long, it does not always decompress completely and therefore the overall performance is not as consistent as we intend. At full decompression, this mattress should reach a height of 12″. Since this is distressed, this mattress may decompress to a few inches less than that.
• DECOMPRESSION TIPS: Open your item ASAP and leave it in a warm room. Do what you can to increase air flow – roll on it, walk on it, have the kids jump on it. If you have any stubborn spots on the edges, you could try a steamer to target them. Decompression will not be immediate, but it should fully decompress in about a week.
• This item is sold AS IS. Warranties do not apply and we do not accept returns.

Unless otherwise specified, our products ship in 1 business day from receiving the order via Fedex Home Delivery service. Please note that we do not yet offer overnight or expedited shipping.

Free shipping is available to all our customers in the contiguous United States, regardless of the number of items, nor the amount spent. We currently only deliver to the United States (EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii) and we do not ship to international addresses at this time (or to Puerto Rico). We also do not ship to APO or FPO addresses currently.

To minimize the risk of delaying your shipping, please be sure that the information you provide is accurate and correct. Also note that any of the following may delay your shipping:
