Most of our products are shipped from our main warehouse in Oregon. Other warehouses in California, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas ship some products depending on buyer location.
You can expect your item to arrive in 2-7 business days. Rural areas may take 4 to 10 business days. Weekends are not included.
Due to courier restrictions, shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous states. The following are excluded: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, FPO, APO, and PO Boxes.

Returns must be directed through Customer Service. Do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. Your returned item may not be identified and accepted if you do so. If you return a product based on a change of mind, freight fees will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for mattress orders once they have been taken out of the vacuum-sealed packaging
