Item powers on and is semi functional. Disc drive does not work due to damage to the disc drive and disc drive connector. USB port on rear of unit is broken. Console has been opened previously, possibly for an attempted repair. Cosmetic condition is fair. Console powers on and plays digital games. During testing, we were able to update the console with a USB drive, but not from system settings. Cannot guarantee that this console will remain semi-functional. Poor mechanical condition internally. For parts or repair only. Do not buy this item if you are looking for a fully functional PS5. This is not to be considered a fully functional item.
