Please note that we will hold items up to 2 months with no penalty but any longer (without prior approval) and we will have to charge storage fees of 10% of the order total, per month.

Also please note that a 15% restocking fee may be assessed on returns for reasons OTHER THAN “Item not as described” per the Return Policy.  All other returns, including deciding not to purchase the item, may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Although we strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible, standard shipping time for freight items is 3-6 weeks, sometimes longer (and other times as quick as 1-2 days).

1. If you are picking the items up from our showroom or you are hiring a shipping carrier directly, then you can checkout without performing the following to request the shipping cost.
2. If you will be utilizing Bucks County Estate Traders to ship your purchase to you, then you must perform the following steps to ensure your order is processed correctly:
3. Proceed from your eBay cart to the Checkout page.  This is the page where it is prompting you for your payment information.?  
4. Do not enter your payment information or click the “Pay” or “Pay with PayPal” buttons.  Instead, scroll to the “Review item and Shipping” section. Locate and click the Request total or request order total link.
5. From the Order Details page, provide any additional details that might affect your delivery, such as driveway access, street parking only, 2nd floor or basement installation, elevator scheduling required, etc.
6. Click the Commit to buy & submit request. Once we receive your request, we will update the order with our best shipping price (we strive to respond the same day). You will then receive a new invoice securely within eBay, for which you can then provide payment.
