The ONLY way to purchase a pre-owned computer with Windows installed is to buy a computer that has been refurbished
by a Microsoft Authorized partner. The computer MUST have a newly attached License/Certificate of Authenticity (COA) along
with the ORIGINAL COA. If not, it’s very possible that is an illegitimate load of Windows which WILL leave you exposed.
Don’t be fooled by Original Manufacturer (ex. Dell) disks. Those were only meant for the original user and DOES NOT contain
a transferable license. Genuine software will allow you to access Microsoft Windows Update.
This will keep your Operating System up to date and protected for years to come
Don’t run the risk of purchasing a computer with risky, illegal software and subjecting your computer to piracy and viruses. We guarantee software assurance and authenticity. We are licensed and backed by Microsoft’s software standards and meet their refurbishment guidelines.
We professionally refurbish computers to Microsoft’s strict standards. Each computer is properly licensed and contains a legal Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A.) attached to the computer. Also, a Microsoft issued Windows operating system is installed on every computer.
Warranty: We offer an outstanding 1 year warranty FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE on all hardware issues for our computers and Monitors. Warranty starts from your purchase date and covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products.
