Each pan lid is made of tempered glass for improved thermal
performance and is newly enhanced with a silicone-lined rim that protects
cookware from scratches while ensuring a snug fit. The Earth Fry Pan Lids also
boast a sleek new design that features a pressure-release steam vent in the
silicone rim for unobstructed visibility through the glass, allowing you to
monitor cooking progress without delaying cooking or losing moisture. Each lid
is oven-safe to 400 F (200 C) for the most demanding cooking and baking
projects, and features an ergonomic insulating Bakelite knob handle that
resists heating for safer handling. Dishwasher-safe and lightweight.
